Does it have to be just the house?

No, if your client purchased a home with a view, I can paint that too!  Check out the Gallery to see examples

How much does it cost?

It depends on the size you want and how detailed it is, but $350 is the most common price

What does it come with?

In addition to the custom painting, I will place it in a nice frame with matting and put it in a box for you to present it to your client!

Can you add text to the painting?

Yes, if you like, text in calligraphy can be added.  Some people like to add the last name of their clients, or the date they purchased their home.

What do you need to get started?

A few pictures to choose from and a $100 deposit is all I need to get started!

Do I need to buy my own frame?

Nope, it comes with a nice frame with padding, in a box you can give your client

How long does it take?

Depending on the complexity and size, it can take anywhere from 3-7 days to complete.  I recommend contacting me during escrow, and sending a Deposit once Contingencies have been removed, so I can try to have it to you by Close of Escrow, that way you can give them their closing gift when they get their keys!
